Job Description

I have lived and worked in China for over 15 years. During this time I have represented a number of foreign brands to gain entry and launch into the Chinese market. I have also worked for Irish companies in the Consumer Foods Sector (Ornua).

My experience includes:

  • product registration,
  • distributor/ agent evaluation and selection,
  • margin discussions,
  • competitor analysis,
  • retail and food service listings,
  • crucial cultural aspects of new product launches, including 'red tape', 'hello money'
  • various management and promotional fees that are a part of doing business in China.
