Job Description
Hi, I'm Susan. I'm a Performance and Development Coach. I'm open, friendly, intuitive, and a good listener. I specialise in obstacles ... what stops you from moving forward. Sometimes it's a practical problem ... a skills deficit, a lack of experience, a lack of resources. Sometimes it's our mind ... and we're standing in our own way! Let's work together to explore what's going on for you.
We can work on:
- unpacking your goal, problem, or dream;
- exploring what's stopping you from moving forward;
- discovering how ready and confident you are;
- exploring your strengths and experience;
- brainstorming small steps forward that you could take.
My price is €100 for a 60 minute session. I'm happy to have a chat first (10 minutes) and we can explore whether we would like to work together.
